    • We will compile a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before the Offer to determine the fair market value of your property choice

    • We will write and present your offer and earnest money deposit

    • Acting as your representative and upon your instructions, we will negotiate counteroffers as we work toward acceptance

    • We will finalize the Contract for your new property
