Colon Terrell
Colon Terrell is a graduate of North Carolina State University and has devoted most of his career to the banking industry.  Starting his career in Atlanta, Colon has served as president and CEO of community banks in North Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.  He has an extensive background in real estate investment and finance.  Active civically, Colon has served as a Chamber of Commerce president and chairman of a successful All-America City effort.  He holds a real estate broker’s license from North Carolina and a real estate sales associate license from Florida.  He is a registered Realtor® through the Emerald Coast Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.

Brenda Terrell
Brenda Terrell has almost twenty years of real estate experience.  Formally trained in real estate at the University of North Carolina, Brenda has earned both the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.  Licensed in both North Carolina and Florida, Brenda has been a multi-million dollar producer in the real estate industry.  She, too, is a member in good standing and registered Realtor® through the Emerald Coast Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.  In addition to her real estate experience, Brenda has worked in the travel and banking industries, been active in civic affairs and found time to raise a family.

Colon and Brenda have two grown and married sons, and four beautiful granddaughters.
